Return Roller Lifting Cradles

Introducing our innovative galvanized return roller cradles that are currently utilised in quarries nationwide. These cradles revolutionise the process of changing a return roller, offering the flexibility of a single walkway or walkways on both sides.

Traditionally, replacing a return roller often necessitates the involvement of two individuals and a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP). However, with the installation of our cradles, this task can be accomplished by a single person, streamlining the process.

The cradle incorporates a secure pivoting mechanism, locked in place with a retaining bolt. Engaging or disengaging the cradle is a simple procedure using a standard spanner. Its design ensures that the roller remains safely supported within the retaining bars during replacement or in the event of an unforeseen failure, guaranteeing utmost safety.

Furthermore, the cradle is supplied with an ISO specification roller measuring 102 mm (4″). It is also compatible with ISO specification rollers ranging from 102 mm (4″) to 127 mm (5″), and even up to 168 mm (6 5/8″) for disc return rollers.
